Sacred Heart Parish reflects the love and care of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. A spirit of hospitality embraces parishioners and visitors. Our parish family includes long time family residents, military personnel from Lewis-McCord Base, retired military personnel, retirees, families who have recently moved to Lacey for a variety of economic and social reasons. WE have an ever growing multicultural community of Swiss, German, Filipino, Guamanian, Chamorro, Vietnamese, Korean, Hispanic, Nisqually Native Americans, and other Asians cultures who bring a unique spiritual vitality to our community of believers.
We are a stewardship parish that seeks to expresses our gratitude to God for his many blessings to us. We grow in our faith commitment by sharing our time, talents, and treasure with the parish community. We reach out and share with the broader community, especially the poor and marginalized through our Food Bank, Clothing bank, and Outreach Services.
