The vigil holy hour in honor of His Most Sacred Heart will be on Thu., Nov. 11 from 6:30-7:30pm. Please join us in the church for a special set of prayers before the Blessed Sacrament. We will be praying for our priests, vocations, our parish and any special needs you may have.

We now have a second devotion to His Most Sacred Heart on all First Fridays beginning at 11:45am. Please come early to the noon Mass and join us for this extra time of important prayer. There is a dire need of mercy and redemption for our sins and we must unite and intensify our prayers in order to bring about a reduction in the sufferings of our brothers and sisters throughout the world.

Adult Faith Formation
Adult Faith Formation will continue with the Catechism of the Catholic Church's discussion on prayer. We will be going into the Lord's Prayer. You may be surprised by its profound depth. Did you know that St Thomas Aquinas preached for over 30 days straight on just the Our Father? St. Augustine said "if we pray rightly and fittingly, we can say nothing else but what is contained in this prayer of Our Lord". See you on Wed. Nov. 3, 6:00pm in the church for a decade of the rosary then we'll move to the Hall.

On Thurs., Nov. 4 in the Fireside Room from 7:00-9:00pm bring a friend or relative to RCIA which provides a very welcoming and informative setting that allows people to come and learn more about what it means to be Catholic. We will be discussing how faith and reason together lead us to truth. Contact Drew Swanson if you'd like to volunteer as a sponsor or have any questions at 503 956-7272 or 834-2126 ext. 212

Lost & Found
There’s a green container in the northeast corner of The Belisle Library with coats, hats etc. that have been misplaced or left. Small possibly valuable items: the watch found after the parish picnic, a couple of rings (one is a wedding ring) and a SanDisk are kept in the parish office to be claimed.

Please contact the parish office if you would like to fill an hour. or 360 834-2126 ext. 0. Schedules are in the adoration chapel and you are welcome to take one home as we have many times with only one person in the chapel as well as the above space which no one is covering.
We are in need of Lectors for the 5:00pm Mass on Saturday and the 8:00am Mass on Sunday. If you regularly attend one of these Masses, have received the Sacrament of Confirmation and have a good speaking voice, we could use your help to proclaim the Liturgy of the Word. Please call the parish office to find out more about this important ministry for our parish.
