Recovering from injury and maintaining good health involves more than soft tissue therapy, diet and exercise. In my practice I implement hypnotherapy, breath work, stretching, energy work and meditation as a compliment to massage related healing modalities.
My goal is to provide tools, support and encouragement to assist you in maintaining optimal health and intentional focus.

NLP strategies are effective tool used for changing unwanted behaviors, getting rid of habits that are no longer serving, reducing weight, setting goals and eliminating obstacles between where you are now and where you would like to be in your ideal future.

Massage, a physiological treatment approach using manual therapies for soft tissue healing or therapeutic relaxation.

Hypnosis, working with the subconscious by taking a closer look at belief systems that seem to keep us from feeling well or fully empowered.

Energy Work, working with the subtle energies of the body through energy balancing sessions and classes.
