Welcome to the Dancing For Joy Web Site

The mission of Dancing for Joy is to provide quality dance instruction for every student while encouraging movements and motivations that glorify our Maker. Our goal is to create a positive learning environment for students of all ages and both genders, to develop a deeper appreciation for the performing arts, and to "praise His name with dancing" Psalms 149:3

We are non-competitive yet professional.
We provide a healthy and safe outlet for young dancers to expand strengths, work on weaknesses, and build confidence in a loving and encouraging environment.
We maintain a high standard of commitment to technique in our classes.
We use choreography, music, and costumes that are appropriate.
We place an emphasis on using dance as a way to serve God and others.

In addition to the above regular hours, Stompin' Grounds will be open as appropriate on other occasions. If you need to contact us outside our regularly scheduled hours, please leave a message or e-mail us at info@dancing4joy.org.

Dancing For Joy evening classes are open. Jubilee will rehearse from 6-8pm, and will be skipping their regular Ballet Class which can be made up in any age appropriate class at anytime. The roads near the studio are currently drivable. It is very windy and be careful in our parking read more »

The weather outside is frightful. Due to snow, ice, and forecast for more snow. Dancing for Joy is canceling today's Christmas rehearsal at the studio. 11/19/2010 Nov. 20th - Christmas Rehearsal Run Through
All kids dances will rehearse from 11:30am-1:00pm. The exception is the Stars. They will come from 10-11:45 with the lead roles. We will be rehearsing the finale, and then running through each piece of the second half. All Lead Roles start rehearsal @ 10am. read more »
