You must complete your application/renewal information and send it to A.N.S. with one check for the appropriate amount or you may pay by credit card. These amounts will vary depending on items ordered.
When we receive your information we create your file and write your state required notary surety bond.
Within 5 working days you will receive your notary bond from us. You are responsible for reading and following the instructions that come with it. This needs to be done in a timely manner.
In about 4-6 weeks, the state will issue you the notary license to the address shown on your application/renewal form.
You must, by law, send or fax our office a copy of this license in order for us to manufacture your seal or stamp.
FACT: The state DOES NOT sell notary bonds or seals. In order to process your notary commission, you must obtain a notary bond. Your bond must be sent to the state with your application or renewal form.
FACT: We offer the most complete service at NO additional charge. This includes writing your NEW notary bond, filing your paperwork with the state, and preparing your new seal or stamp. This is our FULL SERVICE PACKAGE.
FACT: You may use an embossing seal or rubber stamp to notarize. The size and form must comply with state law. You cannot obtain your new seal or stamp until after you are commissioned, and we are in receipt of a COPY of your notary appointment (license).
