The Law Firm of John Sinclair has been in business since 1983 and was started with the idea of providing high quality legal services to the community at an affordable price. With this extensive service to the community, the firm has the experience and expertise necessary to provide its customers with the very best service available.
We primarily emphasize criminal and civil litigation. We handle all types of criminal cases, misdemeanors, felonies and traffic with a special emphasis on driving while intoxicated (DUI), vehicular assault, vehicular homicide, and domestic violence. We also practice in the United States Federal Court in Tacoma. We also handle civil cases with an emphasis on real estate and general business matters.
