Our Mission is to understand the problems presented by the Client, to
create options that will define a solution for the client, and to use the
strategic abilities and communication skills of a trained attorney to
achieve either a business plan or a litigation victory, all in accordance
with the Client's needs and desires.

This firm is centered around the work and training of its lead and sole
attorney, David B. Adler. He is assisted by his bi-lingual staff that
consists of a certified paralegal who received her education and law
degree in Russia.
David Adler is experienced in the areas of both criminal and civil
litigation and is adept at the drafting of legal documents and the
analysis and reconfiguration of documents written by others.
Based on the complexities of the individual case and the needs of the
Client, David Adler also reaches out to and co-counsels with other law
firms so that the necessary resources or expertise are available to him
in fulfilling the representational needs of the Client.
This form of operation, together with compliance with local court rules,
allows Attorney Adler to represent his Clients in the State of
Washington and other states, such as Oregon, Nevada, Texas, Illinois

The litigation work is done as efficiently as possible, with a continuing
focus on the practical and ethical objectives that can be achieved
through the courts or through informal negotiations.
