Founded in 1995, Walker Specialty Construction, Inc. was established for the purpose of offering specialty construction and associated services to a broad base of clientele. We place an emphasis on personal service. Walker Specialty Construction, Inc. was founded by William J. Walker. In 1996. Previous to starting WSC, Bill Walker establishshed and ran Restec Contractors Inc., which at the time he operated it was the largest asbestos abatement and environmentally oriented general contractor on the West Coast. Bill and the WSC staff represent over one hundred and sixty years of combined experience in specialty and environmental contracting.

Our mission is to provide the highest quality and most cost effective contracting services available in the industry. WSC maintains an absolute emphasis on client service. The diversity of our clientele clearly depicts our ability to maintain professional relationships with building owners, developers, property managers, general contractors and governmental agencies.

WSC, Inc. maintains a full time staff of employees who are highly trained in various aspects of the construction, and environmental industry. Management personnel are always the initial point of contact for a project and will remain the primary point of contact throughout the project. Following through in this manner allows WSC, Inc. to achieve its goal of total client satisfaction and maintain overall control of the project.
Our management staff is comprised of individuals who possess knowledge in all aspects of construction and contracting associated with commercial, institutional, residential and industrial construction and renovation. In addition, all WSC, Inc. personnel have experience interfacing with regulatory agencies, including the EPA regional offices and other local air pollution control agencies. Our efforts both in field management and job safety have consistently resulted in favorable determinations from regulatory agency personnel. Our management staff have performed work through out the Midwest, West Coast, Alaska and Hawaii.
