I founded Evergreen Home Loans in 1987 to help people achieve home ownership through loan transactions that are easy and trouble-free. We started in a modest office in a West Seattle neighborhood. At that time we were a team of just five people, and we were fanatical about making the entire home financing process a better experience for home buyers.
Our company is built on a simple promise: We will help you finance your home in the smoothest possible way. This is our life's work--it's the only thing we do--and we promise to go the extra distance for you. Our strong focus is on educating our customers and providing great communications to keep them fully informed, ease their concerns--and do away with last-minute surprises.
