Lawrence P. Tracy graduated from Washington State University Magna Cum Laude with his Bachelor of Science Degree in 1978. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Puget Sound School of Law in 1981 and was admitted to practice that same year. Mr. Tracy is an active member of the Washington State Bar Association; Washington State Trial Lawyers Association; Pierce County Bar Association; and American Bar Association.
Mr. Tracy joined the law firm of Tracy & Tracy located in Tacoma, Washington in 1981. The firm, initially started by his father, has served clients since 1956. He has been successful in obtaining just compensation for his clients while upholding the ethics and integrity of the legal profession and rule of law. Mr. Tracy limits his practice to the representation of individuals in claims involving serious injuries/death resulting from the reckless or negligent conduct of others, arising from motor vehicle collisions, wrongful death and medical malpractice claims.
Phillip S. Tracy graduated from Modesto Jr. College in 1948. He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree and Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Washington in 1954 and was admitted to practice that same year. Mr. Tracy is an active member of the Washington State Bar Association; Pierce County Bar Association; and American Bar Association.
Mr. Tracy has served on the Washington State Bar Association Grievance Committee and has served as pro-tem judge to the Superior and District Courts.
Starting a neighborhood practice in 1956, Mr. Tracy has served his clients for over 50 years in Western Washington, adding his son to the firm Tracy & Tracy in 1981. Mr. Tracy limits his practice to the areas of wills and estates.
