Hedges Engineering & Consulting, Inc. (HEC, formerly Hedges & Roth Engineering, Inc.) has been in operation since 1970. Currently, HEC maintains a staff of 9 people, consisting of civil engineers, surveyors, field representatives, designers, drafters, computer specialists, technicians, and administrative assistants. Our office performs planning, surveying, engineering, and construction administration services.
Mr. David T. Hedges, P.E., oversees our office, located in historic Sumner, Washington. We have a unique group of professionals who are individually skilled in various sectors of the industry and take pride in their abilities to assist each other. Together they develop innovative ideas and procedures, all the while managing projects within budgets and on schedule.
The office specializes in providing surveying and civil engineering services for both public and private clientele. Project types include: Property Subdivision & Site Improvement, Storm Drainage, Wastewater, & Water Facilities, Street & Road Projects, Planning, and Plan Review Services. We also provide environmental & permit assistance, plus assistance in grant and loan applications.
