Skagit County has a long and proud agricultural history and continues to produce a world-class array of outstanding homegrown products including fresh fruits and vegetables, meats and poultry, superior seafood, and specialties such as pure honey, fresh fruit preserves, and dairy products.
At Café Burlington we use as many locally produced products as possible. Because the purity, freshness, and wholesomeness of the ingredients we use in our kitchen is so important to us and to you, we try to know as many of our suppliers, ranchers, and farmers as we can on a personal level. We also use many natural and organic food products. In addition, most of the meat and poultry we use comes from animals humanely raised in a free-range environment and without chemical-supplemented feed. We feature several vegetarian dishes and we try to accommodate special diets upon request.
We are proud of our little corner of the world and it is our sincere desire that Café Burlington evokes the indomitable spirit and distinctiveness of the Skagit Valley.
