UPDATE: Friday November 19th
All system have resumed normal operations and are function at the smae level of efficiency as they were prior to the move. Over the next few weeks Waypoint will be setting up a new Email system that will be functionally better than the current one in use. New webmail features will be included in the new system as well as new outgoing mail protocols designed to make the flow of email from your system to your recipients smoother. When the transition is ready to begin you will be notified by our support and technical staff as to the changes you will need to make directly to your email settings. Be aware we will NEVER send an email that contains a link to changing your settings but will make DIRECT contact to have you make the changes.

Please take the time to update your records to reflect the new mailing address that is on the current invoices you are recieving.

Also at this time we again wish to thank you for your patience and understanding during the move to our new home. We understand that it was very unsettling to have as extended an outage of our systems and are working towards avoiding the same situation should it arise in the future.

Did you know Waypoint offers free local pickup and delivery of your computer if you wish to have it serviced? We will come and get your computer and bring it back to you at no charge in the great Port Townsend and Tri-Area. Outlying areas such as Port Ludlow and beyond there is a one time charge of $30.00 for the same pickup and delivery.

Effective Feb 1, 2010 our prices will be changing. Some of you will notice a small increase to your bill and others may notice a decrease in your billing.

Welcome to the new homepage for Waypoint. As you might have noticed there is a new look to our website. We have tried to make the appearance and navigation of the site a little more user friendly.

One immediate change of note is that the web mail login is now at the top of the page but the process is still the same. Insert your user name and password and click the "Check Mail" button to access your webmail portal.

Another new feature is on our Support > Office Location page where you will see a map to our office as well as the mailing address located on the same page.

We now offer DSL Service in 90% to 95% of all the Qwest marketplaces.

Waypoint can now help you with any changes to your Qwest services.

On October 1, 2008, Waypoint Communications, Inc. changed ownership. Vernon Howard purchased the company from Bobby DuBois. He is committed to continuing the exceptional service that you have become accustomed to while Bobby was the owner. Many of you have known Vern for a while now as he was the technical support person under Bobby for the two years prior to the change of ownership.
