Riley & Marks, Inc. was founded in 1983 as a real estate appraisal company specializing in single family residential property appraisals. The principals, Dick Riley and John Marks, both were experienced appraisers, having served in public and private appraisal positions. Riley & Marks, Inc. is located in Vancouver, Washington and serves the real estate industry of Southwest Washington in Clark, Cowlitz and Skamania counties. We also provide appraisal services on a select basis in the greater Portland, Oregon metropolitan area.

In 1986 we formed "benchmarks," a real estate sales data service that provides data on all real estate sales in Clark, Cowlitz, Skamania and Wahkiakum counties of Washington. "benchmarks" is updated twice monthly.
