We are located in Vancouver and service individual homeowners, commercial businesses, management groups, associations, apartment complexes, and our local realtors We have been in the Remodeling & Repair Business for over 20 years and only employ the most qualified, pre-screened craftsmen with a minimum of 10 years experience. We pride ourselves on ensuring that all repairs and remodels are done professionally and are backed by a 1 (one) year warranty on labor. Each customer is given personal attention by the owner from start to finish guaranteeing satisfaction! Our estimates are always FREE* except when using our services for real estate negotiations. * We charge a $55 fee for estimates used between a buyer & seller for negotiations. If you use our services for the repairs you will get the initial fee credited back.
