Split Shift and Skip - Tracing Collectors
We call your consumers during normal working hours, evenings and Saturdays, but feel confident that we make our calls only during the hours specified by law. Many companies use automatic dialers and avoid in-depth searching for "skipped" debtors. Our collectors work and call at various times so that we can talk to debtors when they are available. We do not use automatic dialers, so that caller ID issues, refusal to accept blocked numbers or numbers no longer in service do not frustrate our collection efforts. We work hard to track down the data that will allow us to collect.
