Although we strive to keep prices current and up to date, prices are subject to change without notice. Items will be invoiced at prices in effect at time of shipment. Please verify current pricing when placing your order.
We take great care in packaging your order. Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt and call us promptly if there are any damages or shortages. In case of damage, you must file a claim with your carrier immediately. Keep damaged goods, containers and packaging for inspection by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier damage.
All correctly shipped orders returned for any reason other than defective merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Pre-authorization is required before returns will be accepted. Notification must be within 30 days of the original shipping date. Items must be returned un-used, in original packaging and un damaged. Please include a copy of the invoice and a brief note of explanation with the return.

We maintain an extensive inventory of parts and supplies for most of our equipment and in many cases we can repair very old units. Repair time varies depending on the problem. Estimates are gladly given but usually require inspection of the unit. When shipping a machine for repair, be sure to include a description of the problem as well as a telephone number and address. If you have a machine in need of repair or refurbishment, please call customer service for instructions at 1 (800) 820-3612.

SCRATCH TEST FOR HARDNESS
Use the simple field test below to identify the relative hardness of a stone. Stones in the range of 6.5 to 7.5 will usually polis well.
