Theater Schedule and Updated Rehearsal Schedule
Here is the Theater Schedule. This schedule provides detailed information regarding the dress rehearsal on Dec. 3 and performances on Dec. 4, 5, 11, and 12, all of which take place at Northshore Performing Arts Center.
We have also updated the rehearsal schedule. Changes have been made to the times for the mandatory rehearsal on Nov. 20.
Advertise your business in Nutcracker programs, posters, and mailings!
Emerald Ballet Theatre is now accepting advertisements for our Nutcracker program. If you know a business owner who would like to advertise with us, please let us know ASAP. The deadline to get an ad in the program is November 19, 2010.
Artistic Directors Circle ($3,000): Name and logo on all EBT brochures for one year. Name and logo on production materials (posters, postcards, web mailers), and a page ad in programs for one year.
Dancers Circle ($2,000): Name and logo on all production materials (posters, postcards, web mailers), and a page ad in programs for one year.EBT Partner ($1,000): Name and logo on production materials (posters, postcard mailers) for one show and a page ad in one program.
Emerald Sponsor ($250): page ad in one shows program.
We can provide you with a donor letter and samples of programs, posters and mailings.
EBT has a limited number of tickets for the Nutcracker available for purchase at the office. We will be selling tickets from October 18, 2010 until November 13, 2010. Its time to start planning, rehearsing and getting organized! Costume preparations have been well under way for several months, and you will see some exciting additions and upgrades to costumes this year (as always!).
Sign and return the Nutcracker Performance Agreement. This tells us that your dancer is committing to perform in the 2010 production of EBTs Nutcracker.
Sign the Non-Discrimination Policy. Due to our non-profit status, we are required to have this documentation.
Pay the production fee. Production fees help EBT be able to put on high caliber, professional productions. This year, dancers in Pre-Ballet classes pay $60 and dancers in Ballet I and higher pay $135.00.
Please read the following forms: Class-Part-Cast Cross Reference, Rehearsal Schedule and enter rehearsal and performance dates into your calendar.
You may return completed forms by dropping them off at the office, scanning them in and e-mailing them to info@emeraldballet.org, or mailing them to Emerald Ballet Theatre, 12368 Northup Way , Bellevue , WA 98005 . The production fee may be paid by check or Visa/Mastercard.
