Pullman Family Medicine has moved to an open access or same day scheduling model. The idea behind open access scheduling is to do todays work today. In other words, for most office visits (routine or urgent) you can call on the day that you want to be seen and we will see you that day. We feel this will give our patients better access to care, provide better continuity of care and allow for much more flexibility in our schedules for our patients; with less waiting time.
