History and Background of Clementson Construction

Clementson Construction began as a sole proprietorship by custom builder Conrad Clementson (general contractor) in 1993. The business was located in Everett, Wash., and specialized in spec and custom home building.

In 1999, Clementson Construction became a corporation. The company remained in Western Washington until 2004, and then relocated to Chelan, Wash., where Conrad and his family currently reside.

Conrad Clementson founded Clementson Construction in 1993. The company specializes in custom home building and remodeling and is currently located in Chelan, Wash. We are your expert remodelers and custome home builders.

Clementson Contruction has had two houses featured in the Everett Herald's "House of the Week" section. His personal home has been featured in several magazines, such as Quality Street, Harmon Homes, and Distinctive Homes of Seattle and Eastside.

How long does it take to complete a house?
From start to finish, it takes approximately 6-9 months to complete a home. This will vary however, depending on the size and quality of the home, and any weather challenges.
What do I need to get started?
A detailed set of working drawings with engineering are best in order get accurate pricing. If you need help with finding an architect or engineer Clementson Construction can give you a referrals to reputable architects and engineers we have worked with in the past.
