The Waterville Hotel received the Washington State Office of Archaelogy and Historic Preservation Officers Award for Outstanding Achievement in 1999
This 1903 hotel features original fixtures, furnishings and period decor. 12 unique rooms each having its own ambience, some with private baths. All rooms have a vintage sink, original furniture and a new mattress on the old high metal bed frames.
Guests can mingle with other travelers while experiencing the nostalgic items in the lobby, sitting room, and library, enjoy conversation on the spacious front porch overlooking the city park and national park highway, or slip away to the privacy of your own room, an old fashioned radio show and a claw foot tub. Coffee, tea and cocoa are served each morning, usually with a large helping of sunshine, surrounded by plants and flowers and a choir of songbirds on the front porch.
