Planned Power Outages:
KPUD currently has planned outages that may impact your electric service.
The times stated for these planned outages are based on the best information we have available ahead of time, so please be aware that the power could come back on at any time without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you in advance for your cooperation. We understand there is never a perfect time for the power to be out, but by performing these routine outages with some advance planning, our system can be better prepared to handle weather extremes and other variables at times when you count on electricity most. If you have any questions, please dont hesitate to call 1-509-773-5891 or 1-800-548-8358 and ask for the Operations Department.

This outage will start on Sunday, November 21st, starting at 8:30am and lasting until 6:30pm. The main reason for this outage is that the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) will be performing critical maintenance to substations that serve Klickitat PUD. This outage will affect all customers in the Sundale and Roosevelt areas, including Old Hwy 8.

KPUD Now Offering Green Tags
KPUD has teamed up with the Bonneville Environmental Foundation and is now offering Green Tags to its conservation conscious customers. Tags can be bought online at http://www.b-e-f.org/organizations/klickitat . For more information on Green Tags or other conservation questions contact, Sharon, Klickitat PUD's Energy Services Specialist.
