Here at Windy City Computers we strive to give you the best service around. We offer both In-House and On-Site repair services. When you bring your PC to us, we will diagnose the problem and give you an exact price for repair. We only charge Flat-Rates for our In-House repairs so you know exactly what you will pay before we perform the repair so there are no surprise charges. A lot of repair work involves scans and installs which take time to complete. This is our reason for charging Flat-Rates. We don't feel comfortable charging you for the time that the PC sits on our table installing software or performing scans.
Our On-Site repair service is an hourly charge. We can perform most repairs On-Site including upgrades, network troubleshooting, WiFi troubleshooting, Virus Removal, and more. If for any reason we feel that we can save you money by picking up your machine and performing the repair at our shop, we will discuss this option with you.

If you cannot bring your machine to us we maybe able to perform the repair by using special software which allows us to take over your PC. This is also an hourly charge for this service. Our customers may choose to use this service if they cannot bring in the PC to our shop or they do not want us to go On-Site. This service requires a working high speed internet connection.
