Avoid Rental Management Company. My experience was that an RMC employee messed up, and failed to make payments out of the rental proceeds, after committing to make those payments several times. On top of that, they were recieving the delinquency notices, so I was not aware of the situation. When I finally found out, I was faced with $1500 in legal fees and penalties for the past due payments. Dave Huber, the owner, washed his hands of any responsibility for his employee's mistakes, demonstrating, in my opinion, a serious lack of business ethics. Find a more upright buisness to deal with
