My name is Jack Venbrux. I'm a therapist in Woodinville, WA who works with people who want to make changes in their lives. I generally see people who want to improve their relationships, feel better about themselves, or who want to live with more passion and purpose. Whatever your situation, I'm here to offer a gracious and honest presence-- a new voice speaking into your life. I am a Relational Therapist who also uses LifeSpan Integration (LI) Therapy with my clients.

Therapy allows for an opportunity to begin to move in a different direction. It's not always an easy process, but quite often, clients report that therapy has helped them:

Develop a stronger sense of their own unique voice.
Grow to be kinder to themselves and more compassionate toward others.
Come to understand how their family of origin is impacting them in the present.
