The Dragonfly Inn is a unique, Japanese-inspired bed and breakfast, promising a secluded, romantic getaway on fifteen acres of unspoiled Pacific Northwestern woods. Our tranquil rooms include a queen-size bed, satellite TV and DVD player, ensuite bath with pulsating two-headed shower, oversized two-person air massage tub, and a private patio. Dragonfly Inn's sumptuous Asian fusion gourmet breakfasts and afternoon treats blend the comfortable and the exotic.

All of The Dragonfly Inn's unique rooms embrace understated luxury and are finished with Tansu-style vanities, river rock counters, tubs that fill from the ceiling, and Japanese kimono and obi decorations. We have given great attention to detail in every room so that you will leave The Dragonfly Inn with memories to last a lifetime.

Breakfast
Enjoy breakfast in our beautifully decorated dining room. Our delectable Asian fusion breakfasts imbued with Japanese touches are served on fine settings. We offer an assortment of teas, coffee and juice along with one of our signature dishes.

Policies
All reservations require a valid major credit card.
Cancellations must be received one week prior to the check-in date. If we receive a cancellation less than one week before the check-in date we will apply 50% of the room charges to your credit card unless we are able to fill the room. Shortened stays are not refundable.
Please plan to check in time between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. We may be able to accomodate earlier or later times with advance notice.
Smoking is not permitted inside the inn.
The Dragonfly Inn is oriented towards adult relaxation and enjoyment, hence we are unable to accommodate children or pets.
Two night minimum during summer peak season (June - September).
The Innkeepers
Robert, lived and worked in Japan as an advertising agency art director for Ketchum Communications. During his time in Japan, where he worked for clients such as Suntory Whiskey, Imperial Hotel, Japan Airlines and Asahi, Bob developed a love for the Japanese culture and traditions. Bob moved to the San Juan Island in 2002 from Mill Valley, California. It was his lifelong dream to create a bed and breakfast inspired by Japan's luxurious ryokan inns.
Linda has extensive experience in the hospitality and food industry. She has owned and operated both restaurants and catering/event companies. Most recently, she has been the Director of Catering for a large college in the San Francisco area.
