We welcome you as a patient and appreciate the opportunity to provide you with quality medical services.
Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Routine patients are seen by appointment. Walk-ins are accepted and are seen based on urgency of need. Our staff will request insurance information so we can begin the registration process. A brief description of your medical problem will be requested, to determine the proper amount of time for your appointment. Please indicate if you wish to discuss multiple medical concerns. We recommend routine physicals be scheduled in advance and early in the morning to accommodate ease of lab testing. Please bring any forms requiring a practitioners signature to your appointment.
To assist all our customers we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
Immunizations, allergy injections and therapeutic injections are available without appointment and our staff will do their best to accommodate you in a timely manner.
Due to our patient appointment schedule, our practitioners are not able to see other members of the family that accompany the patient. We'd be happy to assist them in scheduling an appointment. If you cannot keep your appointment, please call (509) 588-4075 as soon as possible to let us know.
REPORTS (LAB, X-RAY, PATHOLOGY)
We will send a notice through the mail for all normal test results. Should reports have abnormal results, we will contact by phone and schedule an appointment with the patient for follow up. If you have not heard about your results within 7-10 days, please contact the clinic to inquire about the results.
We do not give results for tests that we have not requested, nor do we give results to other family members without your written consent. Test results for minors will be given to the person with legal responsibility for the minor.
You may request your prescription to be written or called to the pharmacy of your choice. We call in prescriptions twice daily.
Please check with your pharmacy for refills before calling our office, as they may already be authorized. If there is a refill question, your pharmacy can contact us by fax and we will authorize appropriate refills. Please allow 24 hours for these refills to be processed.
An examination may be required prior to a medication refill to assure that your condition has not changed and that your present medication is appropriate.
Prescriptions for new conditions are not issued without an examination.
When your pharmacy notifies you that the last refill has been used, please call the clinic to schedule an appointment.
