I am a graduate of, and an instructor at, Northwest School of Massage, in Kirkland. I have years of experience working along-side chiropractors in assisting patients with injuries, chronic pain, or as merely part of their wellness plan. Now being off on my own, I have continued with treatment work, relaxation techniques, and have recently begun working with dancers (and other athletes) to help them maintain healthy joints and active bodies. Massage is not only great for pain or posture but is also very helpful while dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, or if you just need to unwind. I believe in a gentle loving touch for those clients whose nervous systems may not be operating at ideal homeostasis. I have a passion for relieving others of chronic pain, pain referral, postural deviations, working deep but gentle, movement & kinesiology, and keeping people out of unnecessary surgeries. I have been a therapist for four years and love it. I grew up dancing and still dance a little, as well as teach some classes. When I was 24 years old I was in a horrible car accident of my own that taught me a lot about the body, pain, mood, and what it's like living with/healing from an injury. I want to use the knowledge & experiences I have gained, and will continue to gain, to help others. My goal is to also create a safe, comfortable, knowledgeable, and honest environment for my clients.
