Todd graduated from WSU in 1991 with a B.S. in Construction Management. In 2008 LengCo celebrated its 15th year in business here in Moses Lake. For the last 12 years Todd has been appointed to serve on the Moses Lake Planning Commission. Not only does Todd build quality custom homes, he also has built spec homes, multifamily units, done tenant improvements, commercial buildings, developed waterfront property and built a subdivision.
The foundation for LengCo consists of outstanding customer care and Todd's longstanding relationship with local quality subcontractors. Todd's favorite part of being a contractor is the people and building relationships with his clients.
