I founded Evergreen Home Loans in 1987 to help people achieve home ownership through loan transactions that are easy and trouble-free. We started in a modest office in a West Seattle neighborhood. At that time we were a team of just five people, and we were fanatical about making the entire home financing process a better experience for home buyers.
Our company is built on a simple promise: We will help you finance your home in the smoothest possible way. Our strong focus is on educating our customers and providing great communications to keep them fully informed, ease their concerns--and do away with last-minute surprises.
