Methods and Philosophy...
Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. I believe that each of us has within us resources that can be used to solve our problems. However, we sometimes need help recognizing them and using them to their fullest potential. One of my roles as therapist is to help you to discover those resources so that you can put them to work for you. Some people also benefit from learning some new communication skills or other techniques for dealing with their specific concerns.
