I have been practicing law for 14 years. I specialize in employment law. I also practice in the areas of family law, estate planning and probate.

Discrimination claims (race, sex including pregnancy, disability, age, sexual orientation and other protected groups)

I give my personal attention to my prospective clients. Sometimes it takes a while to determine whether a case has merit. Sometimes a case does not have merit or can be resolved in some other way than litigation. In either case, I will do a thorough analysis of the case and provide my honest opinion.
I mainly represent individuals but occasionally I represent employers. I know the law. I am able to guide clients through the sometimes unpleasant and bewildering litigation process. I am a fighter with the skill and tenacity to win tough fights and obtain justice for my clients. Clients should be prepared to fight for their rights, too, because the employment laws are not always supportive of employee rights. I thoroughly prepare my cases. I will take your case to trial if that is what is required to win.
