THERE ARE MANY AVENUES for clarifying what you most want in life. As a career and life design coach I have a particular bias toward the value of co-creative coaching, assisting individuals in leveraging their own unique assets and resources so that they can enjoy a rich quality-of-life, e.g., create a satisfying work life, find their calling(s), improve their relationships, manage their time and money better, enhance their health and fitness, appreciate their lives, make a contribution to their world—all by means of the process expertise co-creative coaching provides. It's a way to truly add life to your living. The focal point of this site is a concept called "Life/Work Motivators," something I've originated and developed, and which I now refer to as "Archetypes of Calling™." By proceeding through the site you will go through a sample version (15 items) of a longer piece (75 items) and discover what some of your strong Motivators are and give name to them in a way that has a charge for you and engages your imagination. The insight that comes will add a new dimension to the way you know yourself. You can use your Life/Work Motivator patterns as a new compass, new tools for making your work and life more congruent with who you are and what you want.
