Our set up and interior finish crews for the Eastern part of the state primarily live in the Tri Cities area and are very quality conscious and willing to travel. Also, it may be helpful for you to know that Gregerson's Homes did an 11 home project with the State of Washington Parks Dept in 2004-2005 providing new 1500 square foot homes as park ranger housing in Eastern Washington and all over the state including two homes on the coast and two in the San Juan Islands. This state project increased the need for training our crews to do quality projects to strict standards required by the state while being several hours from our Edmonds home base.
Currently, we are working on new home projects in Ocean Shores (our second in less than 18 months) and are starting a relationship in Point Roberts through our second factory, Homebuilders Northwest out of Salem, Oregon. Homebuilders Northwest, like Kit Homebuilders near Boise, is a small, privately owned company with an emphasis on quality over quantity. HBNW is not interested in being the biggest manufacturer but just the BEST a consumer can find. HBNW's commitment to excellence includes not only Energy Star insulation and solid wood cabinets in all homes as a standard feature, but to insure customer satisfaction, the factory's own service technicians perform all electrical, plumbing and final detail and adjustments prior to the final inspection and occupancy. This hands on service of the home by factory employees is unique to the industry but it reduces potential delays and complications for you, the home owner. This uncommon approach to customer satisfaction by HBNW allows Gregersons to offer two great manufacturers to the consumer who may have a building site hours from our location.
