KLW designers utilize SOLIDWORKS, the industry standard design software to compliment their skills in providing highly effective designs tailored to your requirements. The solid models are easily converted into finished drawings and communicate seamlessly with programming software for our Amada Punches (Metamation) and NC Mils (Camworks).

Multi-Axis machining utilizing precision mills capable of working with a variety of materials to very high tolerances. We also have fourth axis capability.

KLW provides a variety of finishes including chemical conversion, powder coating and urethane based paints. Our in-house painting and screen printing capabilities allow for rapid response when required, and generally reduced lead times. Our ability to assess, qualify, and partner with finishing vendors provides similar results with one stop accountability.

Our wide spectrum of capabilities and some reserved capacity allow for
quick turn of engineering proto-types, and pilot production runs.
