The EVICT-A-QUICK philosophy is to bring about the quickest, most reasonable solution to resolve landlord-tenant conflicts at a minimum cost.
Every Eviction is Decided By The Judge in the Superior Court of the County where the Tenant is renting the property. Most Tenants will seek advice from a tenants union or free attorney, when served with an Eviction. It is very important that All procedures are done correctly, When the Process has started, let the paperwork and the Attorney finish the Job.
All evictions require a hearing before a Judge, only the Judge can order the Sheriff to perform an eviction.
You have all the control throughout the process, When the Proper steps have been followed, you will be able to proceed in Court against the Tenant. You may also delay the Court appearance for a reasonable time. The Attorney is consulted and referred based on Tenants location, and the type of case.
You will pay the Attorney for His time in Court and Court filing fees /costs.
When the Attorney goes to court, and obtains the Judgment [Writ], the Sheriff will red tag the property the next day. This is the Sheriffs 3 day notice to the Tenant that the Sheriff will physically evict. The Sheriff will contact You and make an appointment to meet at the Property.
The process can take between 10-24 days. Variables can increase this time frame We have assembled a Team of Professionals to save time and money at every step of the process.

To Stop Process, before Summons and Complaint, Notice must be Signed and Faxed to Evict-A-Quick: [see info form for fax#]. Any status changes after Summons is sent out, must be given to the Attorney as well.
