Savor innovative wine-country cuisine made from organic, farm-fresh ingredients and artisan products at their seasonal peak. Executive Chef Brian Scheehser mixes modern cooking techniques with local flavors and the rustic, robust, farm-fresh cooking style that reflects our wine country sensibility. Focusing on small, artisan farmers and ranchers from the Seattle area, and cooking with ingredients grown and harvested on his ten-acre farm in Woodinville, Chef Scheehser’s menu is a natural masterpiece of what’s growing in the garden. Enjoy fresh, simple cuisine with a modern twist! In addition, Chef Scheehser's new "Spa-pe-ti-zer" Menu, a selection of raw hors d'oeuvres, small plates and juices - may be ordered exclusively by guests enjoying Spa treatments at Penterra Spa.

The Trellis culinary team is dedicated to serving market fresh cuisine featuring products from local artisan producers. From the fruit , vegetables and herbs gathered daily at Executive Chef Brian Scheehser's farm to hand raised livestock and seafood right off the boat, your dining experience celebrates the bounty of the Pacific Northwest. The wine list enhances this celebration with a thoughtful selection of over 200 wines representing the top wineries from Washington, Oregon and California along with International favorites.
