We advise and represent clients with legal issues involving marriage and relationship financial planning, dissolution (divorce), paternity, child custody and child support. Ms. Powell has also served as a Guardian Ad Litem for custody disputes. We also provide comprehensive legal services for defense for misdemeanors, felonies and Domestic Violence Issues.
We believe that personal, caring service is essential to a productive client relationship. We realize that all clients expect more of their attorneys than just knowledge of the law. This awareness enables us to work with our clients to develop strategies that will help the succeed. We encourage clients to make an appointment prior to visiting our office; however, whenever possible we accept a phone call or meet with an unscheduled client. Our policy is that either an attorney or staff member will return every phone call or email within 24 hours. Our goal is to provide outstanding legal practice that serves your needs.
