At our school we offer practical self protection classes in a safe and friendly environment.
It is our goal to help you find the answers you are seeking quickly and efficiently. let us know how we might improve your internet experience with us.

We are a Christ centered martial arts self protection program.
What does that mean. Primarily it means that we are not going to teach mysticism in our program. Rather, we teach in a way that incorporates education in body science.
It also means that we start with prayer and end in prayer and our Christian students MUST memorize Bible verses for every belt level. This is not a requirement for our non-Christian studens, but we encourage it
It means that we put Christian principles into practice, everything is upfront, no hidden costs. Relationships are more important then revenue. This is ministry for us not just a karate class.
It also, means that we expect our students to actually earn their belts. We do not give them away every couple of months. Every student is different and learns at a different pace. Our students can test as they are ready.
Having said that, we do have non-Christian students from a variety of religious and non religious backgrounds.

It is our vision to promote better health and fitness in our community through Kung fu which essentially means hard and consistent work.
It is also our vision to equip our students with the ability to defend themselves in a life-threatening encounter. This is achieved through training in a way that promotes confidence and compitence in ones ability.
It is our vision to raise up instructors in our program by taking those who have a love for martial arts and desire to teach and training them to become fully qualified instructors through various phases of our education program.

Our mission is to expand the worlds perspective of martial science to include that of peace, discipline, and dedication.
Likewise, to provide a training environment that is safe and non-threatening where students can reach their full potential.

We offer classes for student 3 years old and up everyday Monday through Saturday.

LITTLE AND MIGHTY DRAGONS: 3-7yrs
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday:................ 4:00 to 4:30
Tuesday and Thursday : ............................... 5:30 to 6:00
YOUTH CLASS : 8-15 yrs
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday:................ 4:30 to 5:30
Tuesday and Thursday : ............................... 6:00 to 7:00
ADULT CLASS: 16 yrs and up
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday:................ 5:30 to 6:30

14 yrs and up
