Or, it can be a small t trauma, as in finding out that your partner is having an affair, losing a loved one, going through a nasty break up of a relationship, experiencing abuse in a relationship as an adult.

Dr. Anderson has more than 25 years of experience successfully treating victims of trauma and helping them heal from its' aftermath. She also works successfully with anxiety and depression from other sources, as well as with grief issues, and with compulsive overeating. She has training in a wide variety of treatment modalities, and tailor makes a treatment plan to meet the individual needs of a particular client.
