Have you ever walked into your Loan Originators office to find a stack of files sitting on their desk where you can see all the names of the clients they are working with? Or, did they have someones file sitting on their desk open with that clients information spread out for you to see? Have you been called by a Loan Originator from a call center and asked your personal information over the phone and not known where your personal information is being kept?
It doesnt have to be that way. At American Pacific Mortgage I take your privacy seriously. All files are kept secure and the only file you will see is your own. My Wenatchee office is secure and private. I work with many clients who do not want others in the community to know their personal financial information.

No Lender is always the Best. In Washington State it is illegal to use the term Best in advertising home loans. Each Lender has their own guidelines they use to either approve or decline an application for a home loan.
