OUR MISSION. The purpose of Benton Franklin Community Action Council is to Improve the quality of life for families and individuals through the promotion of greater self-sufficiency.

Provides housing assistance, placement, and case management for low-income and homeless individuals and families, to help them in achieving self sufficiency.

BFCAC provides social services in Franklin and Benton Counties. We have offices in both Pasco and Prosser Washington.
