Welcome! Our name, Native Springs represents earth and water. Our focus is on natural skincare products and a unique way of exfoliating the skin using Calcium Bentonite Clay to reduce redness and inflammation. For centuries, Native American Indians used clays, water and herbs to clean their bodies. They observed animals using water and clay soil to heal wounds and bathe their young.
Modern applications of this pounded and purified clay can be for detoxing internally and cleansing our pores and skin surface. More recent research tells us that we put over 200 chemicals on our skin every day. And 88% are absorbed into our blood stream! Now that's scary. Research tells us that some of these chemicals are affecting our health and may be the reason behind some chronic skin conditions and even some cancers.
At Native Springs, we use simply clay mixed with water to form a paste the consistency of cold cream. It is a completely natural product. We feel it is the best natural clay treatment for the skin for smoothing and healing your particular skin issues as it doesn't strip the skin of it's natural oils. Native Springs is located in the La Conner Wellness Center. Our spa boutique is bathed in natural light and surrounded by lovely gardens. We are just a block off of the waterfront in historic downtown La Conner.
