The overall "feel" of what I do is most influenced by trainings in Polarity Therapy, which involves gentle rocking motions and holding, and Lomi Lomi - Hawaiian massage with long, fluid strokes echoing the movements of the ocean. Clients often remark that it feels like we are dancing.
My massages are an intuitive blend of modalities, depending on what is going on with your body at the time. I take a holistic approach, incorporating relaxation and treatment techniques based in traditional Swedish massage and add in pieces of other things when I feel that they will help release tension, relieve pain and increase range of motion.
