Dr. Choi has been practicing in this area for almost 14 years now. Before he moved to Lakewood, he completed his residency in Detroit and then stayed on to teach and set up his medical practice.
In 1992, he moved his wife and two children to Lakewood and opened up an office in the St. Clare Medical Pavilion, where he is to this day. What sets Dr. Choi apart from other physicians is his love for the profession he has chosen. He believes strongly in holistic medicine, meaning that the body as a whole plays a large part in our health and healing, and that the mind is a strong influence in that process.
Dr. Choi is involved in every type of care for the female patient, whether it is yearly checkups, surgery, or delivering babies. He delivers most all of his patients' babies, as he does not share calls except on rare occasions. He is available to his patients on a 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week basis.

Our office staff has been with Dr. Choi since he located in this area. We feel our office is much more personal, as we have been here for 14 years and know many of our long-term patients by name, which makes this a much more comfortable setting as opposed to the clinic setting.
