Shannon's Hot Spring is the largest single store dealer in Washington state. Besides offering "test soaks", the Yakima based company also visits the customer's home before delivery, Shannon's sets up each spa, fills it with water, and gives a simple orientation on water care.
Service is on top of the priority list at Shannon's. All repair work itself is done at the customer's home. There is no third party service; all work is done by Shannon's service personnel. With a fully stocked parts department, any spa sold by Shannon's can be repaired in a timely fashion and at a very reasonable service charge.

Since 1985, we have been an exclusive distributor for Hot Spring Spas and have over 2,000 satisfied customers all around Central Washington. Buying a spa from Shannon's is an educational experience. All spas are not built the same and Shannon's salespeople can truly educate you about the difference between spas.
If the customer decides their new spa would go better on the deck rather than on the patio, Shannon's will relocate it within one year for free.
