Pullman Transit proudly provides service to over one million customers yearly, and has been used as a model for the development of other rural community transit systems nationwide.
Pullman Transit and Dial-A-Ride will offer reduced service on Veterans Day, Thursday November 11, 2010. Pullman Transits North and South routes together with Dial-A-Ride will operate from 9:00 am until 4:30 pm. Time checks for the North and South routes will follow their regular times.
Please be aware that in spite of what our 2010-2011 system schedules say regarding Express Routes on pages 12-13, they are not running every 7-9 minutes from approximately 7am to 7pm. At 5:30pm one Express 1 and one Express 2 become the North and South routes. At that point the Expresses are fewer and are coming around every 12-13 minutes instead of every 7-9 minutes. Please make note of this and plan accordingly. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.
Pullman Transit is happy to announce that on Monday November 1st 2010 they will begin to employ their four new 40 foot buses. Among the other benefits the buses will provide, their larger size should help to accommodate more passengers on the Express 2 route. For more information please call Pullman Transit Dispatch at 509-332-6535. Thank you for riding with Pullman Transit!
