Peak Construction Services, LLC has provided quality metal roofing services to Northwest residents since 1996. We specialize in the installation of standing seam metal roofing systems for new construction as well as re-roofs and repairs. The majority of our customers live in Upper Kittitas County. The IRS homeowner energy credit has been extended for 2009. That means, homeowners that purchase an ENERGY STAR certified metal roof from Jan. 1, 2009 through Dec. 31, 2009 will qualify for a tax credit of up to $1,500.

The homeowner energy credit is 30% of the material cost and applies to residential projects that use metal roofing that meets the ENERGY STAR requirements, up to a $1,500 credit.
