Mr. Bergstedt has been in private practice since 1981 representing people in a variety of cases and areas of law. He has represented people who have been injured by the negligence of another person. Including auto accidents, slip and fall injuries, traumatic brain injuries and wrongful death cases.
Mr. Bergstedt has over 30 years experience negotiating settlements and arguing cases in state and federal court. Additionally he represents people starting business' and buying or selling real property.
He has been successful in handling serious injury claims involving injuries to the back, ankle, knee, eyes, head and many other injuries. Mr. Bergstedt has an in-depth knowledge of the medical issues associated with injury claims. He has experience and expertise as a negotiator and problem solver.
Mr. Bergstedt is a adjunct faculty member of Washington State University teaching business law. Mr. Bergstedt has also been a lecturer for several legal education seminars.
He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association; has served on the Board of Directors for several non-profit organization.
