I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in private practice with over twenty years in the counseling and health fields.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program
This course, modeled after the UMASS Stress Reduction program, consists of eight two-hour consecutive weekly sessions. Day and evening courses are available.
Free one-hour orientations are available prior to the beginning of the class.
Mindfulness in the Workplace
Seminars are available by request, as well as introductory classes for groups interested in the topic of stress management.
